What my skin looks like after Lucky Skin Hydro treatment and 25 minutes later

Before I started my regular hydrodermabrasion treatments at home, I was always wondering what my skin would look like right after the treatment. Would my skin turn really red and irritated and if so, how long would it stay that way? If I have an event coming up and I want my makeup to look flawless, should I do my treatment the day before or the same day?
