How I minimize the appearance of my pores at home

There are so many devices and products out there that claim to change the size of our pores. Unfortunately, it's a myth and there are so many reasons why they look the way they are: our genes, our sun exposure times, our skin type and others. On a brighter side, there is something we can do to unclog our pores and to minimize their appearance.
